Almostappear Floor Coating is a referral service. We connect homeowners with independent providers. If you run your own floor coating business, you may be a fit for our network.

This is not a job with Almostappear Floor Coating. You stay independent. You run your own crew, set your own prices, and manage your own schedule.

Who fits our network

We look for providers who do real coating work. That can include:

• Epoxy garage floors
• Polyaspartic floor coating
• Concrete floor coating for basements, patios, and other slabs

You should serve homeowners in or near the New Berlin area and have your own tools, vehicles, and insurance as required where you work.

What we expect

Homeowners are often nervous. We ask providers to be kind and clear.

• Explain prep and coating steps in plain words.
• Give written quotes that list what is included.
• Be honest about what the slab needs, including moisture and crack repair.
• Show up when you say you will, and call if plans change.
• Follow local rules and licensing rules that apply to your work.
