Almostappear Floor Coating wants every homeowner who reaches out to be treated fairly. If something goes wrong, we want to know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us

You are welcome to contact us about:

• How a call or message with Almostappear Floor Coating went
• How your personal data was used or protected
• Anything on the site that looks wrong or confusing
• How a provider we referred you to behaved

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent companies. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, products, warranties and customer care. If you are unhappy with a floor coating job, begin by telling the provider in writing. Keep copies of everything you send.

Please let us know too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Still, Almostappear Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges or speak for a provider.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@almostappear.beer and include:

• Your name and contact details
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's company name, if you know it
• A short account of what happened and what outcome you would like

What Happens Next

We will confirm we received your message by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it, which may include talking with the provider. After that, we will tell you what we found and what we plan to do.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state attorney general, your state consumer protection office, or the Better Business Bureau in your area. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
